📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for Developer Experience at MongoDB, you will shape how developers interact with MongoDB’s tools and platform, ensuring seamless, innovative experiences in the age of AI and agentic development.
• Day to day, you will engage with developers across their app-building journey—from prototyping greenfield applications to supporting enterprise-grade systems—define product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• You’ll join a highly collaborative, distributed team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and Marketers spanning NYC, Berlin, and global offices, united by a mission to make working with data easy and enjoyable for developers.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in developer tools, AI-enhanced product experiences, and technical product strategy while driving measurable impact on developer success and product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience with a complex technical product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong customer empathy: ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
