📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager, Digital Workplace in the Office of the CEO at College Board, you will define how enterprise productivity and collaboration tools are used to support execution, decision-making, and leadership workflows across the organization, ensuring tools solve real problems and are used consistently.
• • You will diagnose friction in core workflows, design and optimize end-to-end workflows across digital workplace platforms, own the business roadmap and backlog, translate enterprise needs into product requirements, partner with Technology on delivery, design adoption strategies, measure value realization, establish governance standards, and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• • The Office of the CEO is a small, high-leverage enterprise team operating at the center of College Board, working directly with the CEO, President, and senior leaders to strengthen mission impact by ensuring organizational coherence, discipline, and alignment, connecting strategy to action.
• • You will develop expertise in enterprise product strategy, change management, cross-functional leadership, and data-informed decision-making, while driving impact on how one of the nation’s leading education organizations operates as a unified digital workplace.
