- • Lead OpenAI’s Family product efforts to shape how families, caregivers, and older adults benefit from AI across OpenAI’s products, improving daily life for millions through safe, age-appropriate, and trustworthy experiences.
- • Set product strategy for Family experiences, identify user needs, and own products end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration, balancing usefulness, simplicity, trust, safety, and accessibility.
- • Partner with engineering, design, research, policy, legal, communications, finance, and operations teams to execute quickly and effectively, defining success metrics and using data and research to guide roadmap decisions.
- • Work on a mission-driven team focused on Youth Well-Being, building features like age prediction, parental controls, and crisis support resources to ensure responsible deployment of AI for teens and families.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of product management experience leading large-scale consumer or platform products
- • Experience building for parents, families, or in trust-sensitive products
- • Strong product judgment with ability to simplify complex problems
- • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products
- • Analytical, user-focused mindset with excellent cross-functional communication skills
- • Deep commitment to using AI to improve everyday life
