📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Financial Services in LATAM, you will lead product strategy and execution for a FinTech platform that provides working capital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, driving innovation and digital transformation in a high-impact, data-driven environment.
• • You will manage the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and success criteria definition to implementation, launch, and continuous improvement—while acting as Product Owner in Agile teams, prioritizing backlogs, defining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• • You will collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders across U.S.-based clients and Latin American teams to translate functional needs into technical specifications, drive prototyping and validation, and deliver high-value solutions that improve cash flow and growth for SMBs.
