� Description

• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of Donaldson Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) products and ancillary components, guiding them from concept through obsolescence while maximizing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• • Translate market insights into a 3–5-year product roadmap by synthesizing voice-of-customer interviews, competitive intelligence, regulatory trends, and financial data; present the roadmap quarterly to senior leadership and gain buy-in for prioritized investments.
• • Lead cross-functional stage-gate projects that span engineering, sales, marketing, procurement, and operations; define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, then drive teams to hit tollgate milestones on schedule and within budget.
• • Champion new product concepts by building robust business cases that quantify TAM, ROI, payback, and cannibalization risk; secure funding and executive sponsorship, then shepherd concepts through design, prototyping, validation, and full commercialization.
• • Serve as the global subject-matter expert for assigned product lines, advising regional sales teams on technical specifications, application suitability, and value propositions across multiple industrial verticals such as cement, metals, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
• • Analyze SKU-level P&L, win/loss data, warranty claims, and field performance metrics to recommend pricing actions, cost-reduction initiatives, line extensions, or phase-outs that optimize portfolio profitability.
• • Represent Donaldson at key industry forums, trade expos, and technical symposiums; deliver thought-leadership presentations and gather competitive intelligence to refine product strategy and strengthen brand authority.
• • Collaborate closely with international colleagues in APAC and EMEA to align regional requirements with global platform designs, ensuring 80 % part commonality while meeting local codes and customer preferences.
• • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of filtration technologies—media chemistries, pleat geometries, pulse-cleaning systems, and IoT-enabled monitoring—translating complex engineering details into clear commercial benefits for sales training and customer collateral.
• • Establish and nurture relationships with top-tier OEMs, end-users, and channel partners; conduct on-site audits and joint design reviews to uncover latent needs that seed next-generation innovation pipelines.
• • Mentor junior product managers and rotational engineers on market analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder communication, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• • Uphold Donaldson’s quality, safety, and compliance standards by ensuring every product meets or exceeds ISO 9001, NFPA, ATEX, and EPA regulations; coordinate with regulatory affairs to anticipate and adapt to evolving legislation.
