- • Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and flawless execution of pinnacle brand experiences that make UGG unforgettable across the EMEA region. From immersive pop-ups in London to alpine après-ski lounges in Chamonix, you will translate the brand’s DNA into culturally relevant, buzz-worthy moments that drive earned media, social chatter, and consumer love.
- • Build and continuously refine a rolling 18-month Experience & Events calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal storytelling, and key retail moments. You will prioritise cities based on consumer density, brand heat, and commercial opportunity, ensuring every activation ladders up to clear KPIs: footfall, social reach, influencer engagement, and ultimately sales.
- • Translate global concepts such as the UGG Feel House into locally resonant formats. You will reinterpret creative blueprints to reflect EMEA nuances—whether that means partnering with Scandinavian hygge influencers or curating a Mediterranean sunset session—while safeguarding global brand consistency.
- • Lead cross-functional squads including brand marketing, trade marketing, PR, retail, and digital to maximise every touchpoint. You will orchestrate everything from pre-event teaser content to post-event CRM follow-ups, ensuring each discipline knows its role, timeline, and deliverables.
- • Own the full logistics machine: venue scouting, vendor negotiation, technical production, staffing, run-of-show, risk assessments, and on-site management. You will maintain a living critical path and event one-sheet that keeps every stakeholder aligned and every deadline sacred.
- • Manage a six-figure annual budget with forensic attention to detail. You will forecast, track, and reconcile every line item, negotiate volume discounts, and present clear ROI analysis to senior leadership within 10 business days of each activation.
- • Curate and nurture a best-in-class supplier network—production agencies, caterers, florists, AV teams, security, and sustainability partners—issuing RFPs, scoring proposals, and onboarding new vendors who can push creative boundaries while meeting Deckers’ ethical standards.
- • Craft guest lists that blend A-list influencers, micro-creators, VIP customers, media editors, and local tastemakers. You will personally extend invitations, manage RSVP flow, and design on-site hospitality that turns attendees into brand evangelists.
- • Deliver sharp, insight-rich post-event recaps within one week: attendance metrics, social impressions, influencer content performance, press clippings, budget burn, and actionable learnings. You will feed these insights back into the strategy loop, ensuring each experience is smarter than the last.
- • Scan the cultural horizon monthly, presenting competitive case studies, emerging venue trends, and experiential tech innovations to keep UGG at the forefront of consumer imagination.
