📋 Description

• • Product Manager III responsible for owning and driving the strategy and execution of Bankjoy’s next-generation business banking platform, defining product vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring strong execution across a complex and evolving product area.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Success teams; translating business and technical requirements into product specifications and user stories; conducting market research and competitive analysis; leading product discussions on payment systems (ACH, wire, card networks, real-time payments); ensuring compliance with payment regulations and security standards; developing permission and access control frameworks; working with engineering on APIs, data models, and integration patterns; serving as primary product point of contact for clients; joining client calls, leading product conversations, gathering feedback, and translating client requirements into roadmap decisions; providing mentorship to junior product managers.
