- • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Scaleway’s MLOps offering, starting with a managed MLflow solution.
- • Launch new MLOps products rapidly by collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure fast and iterative delivery.
- • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by engaging directly with data scientists and ML engineers to validate use cases, gather feedback, and prioritize features based on impact and adoption.
- • Ensure strong integration between MLOps products and the broader Scaleway ecosystem, including bare metal, containerization, serverless, and AI infrastructure.
- • Balance strategic product vision with hands-on operational execution to deliver scalable, production-grade machine learning workflows.
- • Collaborate daily with a team of 4 engineers from Deviqon and contribute to the long-term internalization and growth of the MLOps product team.
- • Work with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and customer success to align roadmap priorities and accelerate product adoption.
- • Contribute to Scaleway’s overall AI and cloud strategy by translating customer needs into product decisions that position Scaleway as a key European player in ML infrastructure.
- • Conduct discovery and validation phases with technical customers from corporations, startups, and public institutions to inform product direction.
- • Stay deeply engaged with production ML systems, deep learning workflows, and MLOps ecosystems to ensure product relevance and technical accuracy.
- • Drive product development with an execution mindset, shipping features quickly and iterating based on real-world feedback from users.
- • Maintain strong technical curiosity in AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools to stay ahead of industry trends and customer demands.
- • Support the evolution of Scaleway’s AI platform by identifying gaps in current offerings and proposing innovative solutions aligned with European sovereignty goals.
- • Participate in shaping the future of sovereign AI infrastructure in Europe by building products that compete with American and Asian cloud giants.
- • Work in a collaborative, international environment where English and French are both widely spoken, and diversity of background drives innovation.
- • Contribute to a newly created MLOps team with the ambition to scale it over time, transitioning from external engineering support to fully internalized product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 5 years of experience working on technical products or platforms
- • Experience working on Machine Learning, Data Platform, or MLOps-related products
- • Strong understanding of Machine Learning production environments and workflows
- • Experience collaborating closely with technical teams such as engineers, data scientists, or ML engineers
- • Familiarity with technologies such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebook is a strong plus
- • Background as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist transitioning into Product Management is highly appreciated
