📋 Description

• • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile applications on iOS and Android, from ideation to post-release monitoring, with absolute accountability for performance and execution.
• • Manage and prioritize a refined product backlog of features, bugs, and improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• • Lead feature discovery through competitive benchmarking, user research, and market analysis of top-performing mobile apps in health, education, and entertainment sectors.
• • Enforce pixel-perfect mobile UI/UX standards, identifying and resolving micro-alignment issues across multiple device types and screen sizes.
• • Optimize app store presence on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store through strategic management of descriptions, screenshots, keywords, ratings, and reviews.
• • Monitor app performance in real time post-release, resolving crashes, ANRs, and performance anomalies immediately through proactive alerting and thresholds.
• • Design and optimize in-app user flows including onboarding, paywalls, subscription journeys, and core product interactions to maximize retention and conversion.
• • Execute and analyze product analytics using Mixpanel, tracking metrics such as funnels, heatmaps, and session replays to drive backlog prioritization.
• • Own push notification strategy including roadmap development, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize user engagement and retention.
• • Ensure mobile performance benchmarks are met for load times, memory usage, battery consumption, and app size across all supported devices.
• • Deliver native-feeling experiences by strictly adhering to iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
• • Coordinate app store submissions, phased rollouts, and rollback strategies for iOS and Android releases, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
• • Provide detailed, twice-daily feedback to development, QA, and data teams to maintain alignment, resolve blockers, and accelerate delivery.
• • Facilitate daily coordination between Product Owner, QA engineers, developers, and data analysts to ensure synchronized execution and timely delivery.
• • Apply deep knowledge of mobile app architecture, API design, and native vs. cross-platform trade-offs to inform technical decisions and roadmap priorities.
• • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT-5 and Anthropic to enhance product operations, automate workflows, and accelerate decision-making.
• • Conduct mobile A/B testing using established frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
• • Maintain continuous competitive intelligence by analyzing top apps in target verticals to inform design, feature, and UX improvements.
• • Use data-driven KPIs including DAU/MAU, retention rates, and LTV to guide product decisions and measure success.
• • Maintain hands-on mastery of mobile analytics platforms including Firebase, Adjust, and AppsFlyer for attribution and user behavior analysis.
