- • As a Product Manager for New Verticals at AirOps, you will drive the creation and scaling of zero-to-one product initiatives that unlock new market opportunities and directly contribute to the company’s hyper-growth trajectory, leveraging your expertise to turn emerging AI-driven content needs into sustainable revenue streams.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product ventures—from identifying unmet market needs and validating demand through customer discovery and rapid prototyping, to defining go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging, and ultimately scaling successful initiatives or sunsetting those that fail to meet business objectives.
- • Day to day, you will conduct deep customer and prospect interviews to uncover pain points, willingness to pay, and competitive alternatives, translating insights into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- • You will lead rapid experimentation cycles using modern prototyping tools like Claude Code and Cursor to build and test MVPs quickly, ensuring engineering resources are only committed after quantitative validation of market demand.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align on shared goals, timelines, and success metrics, fostering cross-functional accountability and ensuring product experiences deliver measurable ROI for both customers and AirOps.
- • You will define and iterate on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and marketing, ensuring new verticals are commercially viable and positioned for scalable adoption.
- • You will continuously monitor performance against revenue targets and business outcomes, using data to make informed decisions about iteration, scaling, or pivoting—embodying AirOps’ principle of Extreme Ownership.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered content engineering, gain end-to-end ownership of product-led growth initiatives, and sharpen your ability to navigate ambiguity with bias toward action—positioning you as a leader in building the next generation of marketing technology.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape AirOps’ expansion into new verticals from the ground up, potentially influencing P&L accountability and leaving a lasting impact on the company’s strategic direction and market footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product management or adjacent product-building roles, with at least 2 years focused on AI, automation, or data-intensive products.
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action, comfortable making decisions and driving progress without fully defined paths.
- • Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, and hands-on experience with design and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.
- • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, ad tech, or martech domains.
- • Bonus: Background as an ex-founder or operator who has led zero-to-one initiatives and carried P&L or revenue accountability.
