- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. As a Business Development Representative at Raspberry AI you will be the first human touchpoint for Fortune 1000 prospects, setting the tone for how cutting-edge brands adopt generative AI for creative workflows.
- • Run high-velocity, high-polish outbound campaigns that land meetings with CMOs, VPs of Digital, and Heads of Innovation. You will craft insight-driven emails, cold-call with confidence, and create bespoke micro-events that get entire creative teams talking about Raspberry before an AE ever joins the call.
- • Master true discovery. You will conduct 8–10 qualification calls per week, using MEDDPICC and Challenger techniques to uncover pain, quantify ROI, and build a business case that sticks. Every conversation you run is recorded, coached, and turned into a case study for the rest of the GTM org.
- • Close your own deals. Unlike traditional BDR roles, you will carry a quota for small commercial inbound opportunities (1–5 users). You will demo the product, handle pricing objections, redline order forms, and see signatures hit DocuSign—giving you full-cycle reps months ahead of your peers.
- • Build multi-threaded entry strategies across Marketing, Creative, IT, and Procurement. You will map buying committees, identify executive champions, and sequence stakeholders so that when an AE takes over, the deal already has velocity and internal sponsorship.
- • Collaborate daily with Enterprise AEs, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. You will surface field insights that shape roadmap priorities, co-author account-based plays, and relay competitive intelligence that influences pricing strategy.
- • Maintain world-class pipeline hygiene. You will forecast accurately in Salesforce, tag every interaction, and run weekly pipeline reviews that the VP of Sales uses to steer board-level decisions.
- • Hit aggressive but achievable targets: 12–15 qualified enterprise meetings per month, 3–5 closed-won commercial deals per quarter, and 100% data accuracy on every lead.
- • Receive structured, elite sales training designed by former Stripe, Salesforce, and Palantir leaders. Expect weekly role-plays, call teardowns, and negotiation labs that compress years of enterprise experience into months.
- • Chart a transparent path to Account Executive. Top performers are promoted to full-cycle AE within 18 months, owning six-figure ARR deals and managing an SDR pod of their own.
- • Work in a culture that celebrates curiosity, candor, and customer obsession. You will present wins and failures in weekly GTM stand-ups, contribute to our outbound playbooks, and help define what modern, value-driven selling looks like in the AI era.
