- • As Director of Product Management, Data at Autodesk, you will define and deliver the company’s product data strategy as a portfolio of scalable, trusted data products, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions, accelerating innovation, and supporting long-term growth.
- • You will lead a global team of product managers, collaborate across functions, and travel up to 15-20% of the time for in-person engagements, with a preference for hybrid work near the San Francisco office.
- • Day to day, you will define and evolve the enterprise Product Data Strategy aligned with Autodesk’s product, platform, and AI roadmap, translating business and product strategy into clearly defined data products and metrics.
- • You will own the product data narrative for executive business reviews and customer-facing strategy sessions, shaping how Autodesk measures and communicates customer value realization across its product portfolio.
- • You will partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to define data-driven playbooks that improve adoption, renewal, and expansion, while identifying and prioritizing opportunities to embed AI/ML across the customer journey.
- • You will attract, scale, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers to drive impact across geographically dispersed internal partners and stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as DPI and Data Science teams to align on goals and requirements, and own end-to-end delivery of product data products including product usage and telemetry data, account and entitlement data, and product performance and engagement metrics.
- • You will drive roadmap prioritization based on business impact, scalability, and reuse, and enable product, engineering, and GTM teams with trusted data to support product planning, experimentation, monetization, and retention.
- • You will support AI and advanced analytics initiatives by ensuring high-quality, well-governed training and feature data, improve time-to-insight, reduce fragmentation in product metrics, and establish data quality, freshness, and observability standards.
- • You will drive continuous improvement in data reliability, performance, and usability, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-as-a-product thinking.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of product management experience with data and data-related products
- • 3+ years of experience in data product management leadership positions, either directly or via relevant consulting work
- • Experience scaling and retaining high-functioning product management teams
- • Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, or similar
- • Proven ability to define and execute cross-functional data product strategies at scale
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

- • Competitive base salary range of $180,000 to $321,860 for U.S.-based roles, with potential to exceed based on experience and location
