- • Support the end-to-end implementation of hardware and software solutions across Quick Serve and Fast Casual restaurant and retail locations globally, ensuring timely and scope-compliant project delivery.
- • Partner closely with Project Managers to coordinate project timelines, track progress against milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation in alignment with PMO standards.
- • Manage multiple concurrent implementations by organizing and prioritizing tasks, resolving operational gaps, and ensuring all pre-install requirements are validated before deployment.
- • Communicate project status updates clearly and tactfully to internal teams, external vendors, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
- • Own follow-through on critical implementation details, identifying and resolving issues related to incomplete installs, configuration errors, or readiness gaps to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- • Maintain accurate records of order-to-cash processes, customer relationship management data, and financial system inputs to support project financial and operational tracking.
- • Elevate operational visibility by generating and distributing post-install insights and performance reports that inform accountability, process improvements, and decision-making.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, technical support, and finance teams to align on project dependencies, resource needs, and customer expectations.
- • Proactively identify and escalate project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are developed and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within defined scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
- • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to create, update, and manage project schedules, status reports, risk logs, and implementation checklists.
- • Serve as the central point of coordination for project-related communications, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes by documenting lessons learned and recommending enhancements to project workflows and documentation practices.
- • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative and operational tasks to prevent errors that could delay deployments or impact customer satisfaction.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities, balancing competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- • Support global implementations by coordinating across time zones and cultural contexts to ensure consistent execution standards across all regions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, PMO standards, and documentation practices
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
- • Experience communicating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to identify needs and evaluate solutions
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey sensitive information tactfully
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- • Experience working in customer-facing environments (5+ years preferred)
