- • As a Commercial Senior Relationship Manager specializing in Mortgage Warehouse Lending at Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (M&T Bank), you will be at the forefront of driving growth and managing a significant portfolio of clients within the Independent Mortgage Banking (IMB) sector.
- • This pivotal role demands a proactive approach to business development, encompassing the solicitation of new high-value clients, the strategic cross-selling of M&T Bank's comprehensive suite of financial products, and the meticulous administration and servicing of existing, complex relationships.
- • You will be instrumental in sourcing qualified new IMB relationships, conducting thorough pre-qualification assessments, and performing in-depth due diligence to identify and capitalize on new revenue-generating opportunities for the Bank.
- • A core responsibility will be to maximize the Department’s profitability by maintaining a robust and high-quality loan portfolio, ensuring unwavering adherence to all Bank guidelines, policies, and stringent audit requirements.
- • Your engagement will involve actively participating in a formal call program designed to cultivate new loan, deposit, and fee-based business, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
