• • Product Manager, Patient Communications at Archy Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for shaping how hundreds of thousands of patients interact with dental practices across SMS, email, phone, portals, and digital forms, directly improving patient engagement and reducing administrative burden on front desk staff.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the end-to-end patient journey by designing communication strategies, leading AI-first feature development for personalized outreach, engaging with dental practices to uncover pain points, building self-service patient touchpoints, establishing data tracking for engagement and outcomes, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development and decision-making.
