📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for Prop Growth at Breakout (a crypto-native proprietary trading platform acquired by Kraken), you will own the full trader lifecycle experience across Breakout Prop and Kraken Prop, driving growth, engagement, and retention from first touch to repeat trading activity.
• You will drive the growth and engagement roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product, own end-to-end trader lifecycle management, lead product strategy for engagement and retention (including competitions, achievements, rewards, and loyalty programs), and own mobile product strategy across both platforms.
• You will work alongside traders, engineers, designers, and growth marketers in a lean, high-conviction team where every hire shapes the product, reporting directly to the Head of Product and collaborating on design systems, localization, affiliate programs, and market expansion.
• You will set the bar for what 'done' means on growth and UX features by defining requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and leading post-ship iteration, while improving onboarding through in-terminal education, progressive disclosure, and reducing time-to-first-trade for new users.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in senior product management with significant experience owning growth, engagement, or consumer UX
• Proven track record of moving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics, with ability to identify levers and drive impact
• Experience designing and shipping effective onboarding flows, checkout experiences, and engagement loops that improve user activation and retention
• Comfort with funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and running structured experiments to inform product decisions
• Experience with mobile product development and a mobile-first mindset, understanding platform-specific constraints and opportunities
