Product Manager, Prop Growth - Breakout

📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Prop Growth at Breakout (a Kraken-owned crypto-native proprietary trading platform), you will own the full trader lifecycle experience across Breakout Prop and Kraken Prop — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and repeat usage — directly impacting user growth and product success in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
• • You will drive the growth and engagement roadmap, lead product strategy for trader retention and activation (including competitions, rewards, and in-app notifications), own mobile product strategy (signup flow, payments, push notifications), partner with design on a cohesive UX system, collaborate with marketing on localization and global expansion, and improve onboarding through education and reduced time-to-first-trade.
• • Breakout is a lean, high-conviction team acquired by Kraken, combining deep liquidity, cutting-edge technology, and elite risk management to deliver a premium trading experience. You’ll work alongside traders, engineers, designers, and growth marketers who operate with rigor and urgency, reporting directly to the Head of Product in a fully remote, globally distributed organization spanning 70+ countries.
