- • As a Product Manager for Service Referral Management at Binti, you will own the strategy and execution of a critical product that enables state and county agencies to operationalize federal prevention funding, directly supporting the mission to keep families together and prevent child welfare system entry.
- • You will drive product strategy and roadmap for SRM, translate complex stakeholder needs into a clear vision, track key metrics like services completed and FFPSA reimbursement, prototype with AI tools, shadow users across agencies and providers, and ensure scalability across diverse state regulations and provider networks.
- • Binti is a mission-driven, for-profit software company headquartered in San Francisco with ~90 employees, backed by top-tier investors, dedicated to transforming government social services through technology, starting with child welfare and expanding across social services to create systemic impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated B2B SaaS, multi-sided platform product management, AI integration in high-stakes workflows, and user-centered design for complex public sector workflows, while contributing to a product with measurable social impact on family stability and prevention services nationwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably at a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS company
- • Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus
- • AI-native in how you work and what you build — daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 with informed opinions on LLM and agentic patterns in high-stakes workflows
- • Deep experience with user research and turning insights into actionable product updates
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences, from executives to caseworkers and provider staff
- • Passion for building with diverse teams and alignment with Binti's mission and values
