📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end strategy for Jeeves’ stablecoin and digital asset offerings, defining how blockchain infrastructure enables faster, lower-cost cross-border payments, treasury management, and settlement for global businesses.
- • Design and execute the stablecoin issuance model, including reserve asset composition, custody arrangements, and regulatory compliance frameworks aligned with international financial standards.
- • Lead product development for on-ramp and off-ramp mechanisms that connect fiat currencies to stablecoins, ensuring seamless integration with banking rails and payment processors across 20+ countries.
- • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and legal teams to build institutional-grade digital asset solutions that meet the needs of venture-backed startups and SMBs operating across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
- • Analyze institutional adoption trends in stablecoins and digital assets, identifying key use cases for corporate treasury optimization, payroll, and supplier payments.
- • Define product roadmaps and success metrics for digital asset features, working closely with data and analytics teams to track transaction volume, user adoption, and cost savings for clients.
- • Serve as the primary product liaison between Jeeves and external partners including stablecoin issuers, crypto exchanges, blockchain infrastructure providers, and regulatory bodies.
- • Conduct competitive analysis of other fintechs and crypto-native platforms offering stablecoin-based payment solutions, translating insights into product differentiators.
- • Ensure all digital asset products adhere to evolving global regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, travel rule compliance, and jurisdiction-specific licensing obligations.
- • Communicate product vision and progress to internal stakeholders and external investors, leveraging Jeeves’ position as a Y Combinator Top Company and European Fintech of the Year.
- • Drive user education initiatives to increase adoption of stablecoin functionality among clients unfamiliar with blockchain-based financial tools.
- • Monitor liquidity, stability, and redemption rates of issued stablecoins, coordinating with treasury and risk teams to maintain peg integrity and operational resilience.
- • Represent Jeeves at industry events, conferences, and working groups focused on digital assets, stablecoin regulation, and cross-border fintech innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building or managing stablecoin or crypto payment products at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, cross-border payment platform, or fintech operating on blockchain rails
- • Deep understanding of stablecoin issuance models, reserve asset management, and fiat rail interoperability
- • Demonstrated knowledge of institutional adoption trends in digital assets and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, legal, and treasury in a fast-paced fintech environment
