📋 Description

• As a Product Manager Summer Intern at Capital Rx, you will support the product and operational teams in delivering new features and functionality for JUDI, the company’s enterprise health platform, contributing to the mission of rebuilding trust in healthcare through improved pharmacy benefit management.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include intake of product requests from operations stakeholders and clients, triaging and researching technical solutions for errors in the JUDI tech stack, collaborating with the Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications, reviewing tickets for missed intent post-QA, assisting with user experience testing and documentation, participating in backlog refinement and planning, and supporting roadmap development and long-term strategy.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company that includes Capital Rx (a public benefit corporation PBM), Judi Health™ (health benefit management solutions), and Judi® (the proprietary Enterprise Health Platform), all working to increase transparency and reduce variability in drug prices for millions of members.
• This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical product management skills, gain hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization, and Python, strengthen communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities, and contribute to meaningful healthcare technology initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Intellectual and professional curiosity
