• • Eleos Health is on a mission to turn every therapy conversation into measurable, life-changing outcomes. As our Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for the core Eleos platform—an AI-powered behavioral-health solution that already supports thousands of clinicians and touches the lives of more than 1 million patients nationwide.
• • You will sit at the intersection of clinical excellence, cutting-edge machine-learning, and enterprise SaaS, translating complex user needs into simple, scalable product experiences that delight therapists, supervisors, and health-system executives alike.
• • Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization—working in tight, two-week sprints with engineering, clinical science, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
• • Deeply understand the behavioral-health workflow: you will spend time “on the couch” with therapists, shadow supervisors, and interview payers to uncover pain points that AI can uniquely solve, then translate those insights into clear, prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
• • Define and track OKRs that matter: increase clinician efficiency by 30 %, reduce documentation time by 45 minutes per session, and improve patient-outcome fidelity scores by 20 % within your first 12 months.
• • Champion evidence-based product decisions: partner with our clinical-research team to design A/B tests, run pilot programs with large health systems, and publish findings that advance the entire behavioral-health industry.
• • Drive ruthless prioritization: balance customer commitments, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2), and technical debt while maintaining a 4-month rolling roadmap that excites both customers and investors.
• • Be the voice of the customer in every conversation: synthesize feedback from user councils, NPS surveys, support tickets, and win/loss calls into actionable themes that shape quarterly planning.
• • Collaborate with design to craft intuitive, mobile-first experiences that work in low-bandwidth environments—because many clinicians document sessions from their cars between appointments.
• • Work hand-in-hand with data science to refine our proprietary NLP models, ensuring that clinical insights are accurate, bias-free, and explainable to non-technical stakeholders.
• • Partner with compliance and security teams to shepherd new features through risk assessments, penetration tests, and customer security reviews without slowing velocity.
• • Evangelize the product internally and externally: deliver roadmap webinars, speak at industry conferences, and create enablement assets that help sales and customer success close deals faster.
• • Mentor junior PMs and product analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and customer obsession across the product organization.
• • Ultimately, your success will be measured by clinician love (measured by NPS > 60), measurable patient-outcome improvements, and ARR growth tied to features you ship.
