📋 Description

• As a First Party Fraud Ops Specialist at Imprint Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s co-branded credit card platform by identifying and mitigating fraudulent activity, ensuring financial integrity while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing flagged applications and account activity for signs of first-party and third-party fraud, monitoring live transaction streams for suspicious behavior, managing end-to-end customer dispute resolution, and driving improvements in fraud KPIs to reduce losses without compromising genuine user experience.
• You will work closely with the Risk and Fraud Operations team, which is central to Imprint’s mission of delivering secure, innovative financial products through advanced analytics and agile operations, supporting partnerships with major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, and Booking.com.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in fraud detection methodologies, strengthen your analytical and decision-making skills under pressure, and gain hands-on experience with modern risk technology platforms—positioning you for growth in financial crime prevention, risk operations, or fintech operations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations focused on first-party fraud, synthetic ID fraud, or identity theft
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on metrics and KPIs to meet performance goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cardholders and reporting trends to leadership
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under service level agreements
