📋 Description

• Product Manager (User Product) role at MD Aware, LLC, driving improvements to how clinicians find, use, and return to MDCalc, the most broadly used medical reference by 65% of physicians worldwide.
• Own discrete initiatives end to end—from discovery through launch and iteration—focused on improving activation, retention, and personalization across the MDCalc platform.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate user insights and business goals into shipped products, using structured experimentation and behavioral data.
• Build and iterate on onboarding experiences, define success metrics, increase return visit frequency, and partner on personalization capabilities like favorites, recents, and specialty-based recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional execution, manage scope and timelines, write clear product requirements and user stories, and use data to drive continuous improvement post-launch.
• Join a mission-driven team in a hybrid work environment in Greenwich Village, NYC, with a culture of fun and impact in improving patient outcomes at scale.
