📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for Voice at Sierra Technologies, you will define how AI agents sound, respond, and behave in live conversations, shaping the core voice experience from first utterance to resolution across telephony and real-time systems.
• You will define the voice interaction model, build reliable real-time systems, own the voice stack experience, make voice measurable and improvable, and translate real-world usage into product direction by working closely with customers deploying voice agents in production.
• Sierra Technologies is an in-person company headquartered in San Francisco with global offices, guided by values of Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family, and founded by Bret Taylor (former co-CEO of Salesforce, CTO of Facebook, and early Google Maps PM) and Clay Bavor (former Google Labs lead and AR/VR pioneer).
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in real-time AI systems, voice infrastructure, and product-led innovation at the intersection of speech, LLMs, and telephony, with the opportunity to shape a zero-to-one product in a high-impact AI domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with meaningful exposure to real-time systems, voice, or AI products
• Experience shipping voice or real-time products, including understanding latency, streaming systems, and user expectations in synchronous interactions
• Strong technical depth to engage with engineers on speech pipelines, streaming infrastructure, telephony systems, and reliability tradeoffs
• Experience working with AI systems such as LLMs, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech and their production limitations
• Track record of 0→1 product development, including comfort operating in ambiguous environments and iterating quickly toward product-market fit
