- • As the founding Product Marketing Manager at The Browser Company, you will shape how Dia, our innovative browser, reaches and resonates with a growing audience of knowledge workers by defining its positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
- • You will own end-to-end product launches, develop use case storytelling, set strategic direction for cross-channel communication, and build lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, retention, and re-engagement across the user journey.
- • You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Insights teams to validate narratives, resolve adoption friction, and ensure marketing is deeply integrated with product development.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build marketing systems and frameworks from scratch in a small, creative team where strategic thinking, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial initiative are highly valued.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience owning positioning and go-to-market strategy at a product-led company, with a proven track record of building frameworks from scratch rather than inheriting them.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate across the product-marketing line, understanding how products are built and using that insight to shape marketing and influence product decisions.
- • Strong taste and editorial sensibility, with experience partnering closely with design teams to ensure high-quality output in how things look, read, and feel.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset and AI-native workflows — you move quickly with minimal resources, leverage AI tools in your work, and take initiative without waiting for additional headcount.
- • Alignment with the company’s mission and values, particularly a passion for products that require thoughtful marketing and excitement about shaping Dia’s impact on how people work and create online.
- • Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members, as the company primarily hires within North American time zones.
