• • As the Product Marketing and Strategy Director at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC, you will define and own the voice of our products in the market—turning breakneck product innovation into clear, compelling, and value-driven narratives that advance the social good sector.
• • You will serve as the source of truth for buyer personas, market sizing, packaging, and pricing, engaging directly with customers to shape positioning and validate value delivery in real time while partnering closely with Product to influence how we position, package, and price AI capabilities, including usage-based and outcome-based models.
• • Bonterra exists to propel every doer of good to their peak impact, aiming to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033, serving over 20,000 customers including 16,000+ nonprofits and 50% of Fortune 100 companies through its end-to-end social good software solutions.
• • In this role, you will craft AI-forward product narratives, conduct hands-on buyer persona research, translate market insights into go-to-market strategies, design and validate pricing models, and represent Bonterra externally as a thought leader on AI’s role in social good—gaining expertise in market strategy, pricing analytics, and purpose-driven storytelling while driving measurable impact in the social good sector.
