- • This dual-function role combines product marketing and community management to shape the narrative and build engagement around Civic Marketplace’s AI-powered procurement platform for government agencies and suppliers.
- • Day to day, you will craft positioning and messaging for local government buyers, produce launch materials using AI-assisted workflows, manage supplier and agency communities with bilingual outreach, and leverage Claude, HubSpot, Make/Zapier, and Notion to automate content and engagement.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven, remote-first team at Civic Marketplace Inc., a modern platform transforming how U.S. cities, counties, and school districts discover and engage suppliers in the $2T+ public procurement market.
- • In this role, you’ll define the voice of a growing category, build real community trust through authentic engagement, and gain deep expertise in govtech, AI-augmented marketing, and public sector sales enablement—all while working directly with founders and seeing your impact on structural change in public procurement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in product marketing, content strategy, or community management
- • Demonstrable writing voice with examples of work you’re proud of
- • Active, fluent user of Claude or a comparable AI writing tool
- • Experience building or running HubSpot workflows
- • Comfortable engaging with both city procurement offices and startup environments
- • At ease working across US and UK time zones
