  • • Design and maintain a structured, AI-ready knowledge base that grounds all product marketing outputs, including product capabilities, competitive intelligence, customer proof points, and buyer personas—organized for accurate retrieval and reasoning by AI agents.
  • • Build, deploy, and iterate on AI agent workflows that autonomously generate high-quality product marketing assets such as messaging frameworks, battlecards, one-pagers, sales decks, and email sequences directly from the knowledge base, without human intervention for routine outputs.
  • • Own the editorial layer that reviews, refines, and approves all AI-generated outputs before distribution, ensuring accuracy, specificity, and alignment with how sophisticated buyers in private equity, venture, and real assets evaluate vendors.
  • • Operate as the internal PMM service layer, fielding asset requests from sales, customer success, partnerships, and pipeline marketing teams, and delivering on-demand, high-fidelity marketing materials that eliminate bottlenecks and queues.
  • • Establish and track performance metrics for the AI-powered PMM system, including asset utilization rates, seller feedback, win rates by vertical, and agent error rates, using data to prioritize improvements and justify investment.
  • • Continuously update the knowledge base with new customer insights, product updates, and competitive intelligence gathered from cross-functional teams, ensuring the system evolves in real time with market dynamics.
  • • Define and implement feedback loops that surface knowledge gaps, flag inconsistent or inaccurate agent outputs, and identify systemic weaknesses in the AI workflows to drive iterative refinement.
  • • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the knowledge base reflects real-world buyer concerns and sales objections, making the system a trusted resource across the organization.
  • • Maintain editorial standards equivalent to those of a top-tier human PMM, holding AI outputs to the same rigor expected by CFOs and COOs who treat vendor selection as an operational investment.
  • • Systematize the entire product marketing function by replacing manual, ad-hoc asset creation with scalable, repeatable AI workflows that enable speed and consistency across three verticals and all stages of the sales cycle.
  • • Act as the bridge between technical AI systems and business stakeholders, translating complex product and market nuances into structured data that AI agents can reliably interpret and apply.
  • • Foster a culture of trust and contribution around the knowledge base, encouraging teams across the org to actively enrich it because working with you makes their input valuable and impactful.
  • • Ensure all AI-generated materials meet the high bar of precision required in private markets, where buyers notice vagueness, generic claims, or lack of domain-specific context.
  • • Balance automation with human judgment—knowing when AI can scale and when human oversight is non-negotiable for credibility and compliance.
  • • Drive adoption of the AI-native PMM system by demonstrating its value through measurable improvements in sales velocity, asset quality, and team efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Several years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record of systematizing marketing workflows
  • • Genuine, hands-on experience building real-world AI workflows using LLMs, agents, or automation tools in a marketing context—not theoretical knowledge
  • • Strong editorial judgment to distinguish between outputs that sound plausible and those that reflect how sophisticated enterprise buyers actually think
  • • Operational rigor in building and maintaining systems, not just creating individual assets
  • • Experience in financial services, fintech, or complex enterprise SaaS, with familiarity with private markets, fund operations, or investor relations being a meaningful advantage
  • • A partnership mentality—ability to build trust with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to co-create and enrich the knowledge base
