📋 Description

• As Cubist's first dedicated marketing hire, you will establish marketing as a core function and shape how the company reaches, educates, and engages institutional buyers in the digital asset infrastructure space.
• You will design and execute demand generation programs, refine product positioning and messaging, create technical marketing collateral, and drive thought leadership through content and events to build awareness and pipeline.
• You will work closely with founders and the business development team to develop go-to-market motions, establish reporting systems, and connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes.
• You will have the opportunity to build the foundation of Cubist's marketing function, learn what works in a niche but critical market, and help shape the future direction and structure of the marketing team as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B product marketing, content marketing, and/or growth marketing roles
• Experience ideally at crypto infrastructure, fintech, or developer-facing B2B companies
• Experimental mindset with comfort running experiments and doubling down on what works
• Builder mentality suited for being the first marketing hire in a high-leverage, ambiguous environment
• Existing relationships with crypto-native press, analysts, podcast hosts, or conference organizers (strong plus)
