📋 Description
- • As a Product Marketing Lead for Duomo, you will own the acquisition funnel and drive marketing monetization for a Christian-tech app helping users turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace, directly impacting user growth and business success.
- • You will drive business results by generating unconventional ideas, testing hypotheses, analyzing performance, building A/B testing systems with analytics and engineering, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams to refine acquisition strategy.
- • You will join Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, working with a team that builds award-winning products reaching over 10 million users globally.
- • You will rapidly grow in both marketing and product, learn how tech businesses are built from the source, influence long-term product direction at Duomo, and work with highly driven, results-focused peers in a mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, product, or CRO roles
- • Proven track record leading business functions and managing teams
- • Strong expertise in A/B testing, user research, experimentation, and MarTech
- • Mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and structured execution to turn ideas into working tools
- • Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability
- • English proficiency at B2+ level
