📋 Description
- • Product Marketing Lead at Futurra Group will drive new growth points for the MusesAcademy product by building effective user acquisition funnels and launching new business directions through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching new market segments via competitor and trend analysis, designing and optimizing web acquisition funnels based on user psychology and behavior, creating scalable processes for consistent results, coordinating with marketing, analytics, development, and product teams to align the user journey from ad click to product engagement, and leading and developing a Product Marketing Manager team to foster growth and professional excellence.
- • Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company specializing in EdTech, with products including MusesAcademy (a lifestyle learning platform for women), MathMaster (an AI-powered math learning app), and a proprietary cross-platform VPN. The company supports Ukraine through partnerships with the SKELAR foundation and provides educational and career opportunities for veterans and their families.
- • In this role, you will learn to build scalable marketing systems, deepen expertise in data-driven product marketing, lead high-performing teams, and directly impact business growth by shaping strategies that compound over time through process, not luck.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
- • 1+ year of experience managing a team
- • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
