- • Own the end-to-end product narrative for myTomorrows’ platform, clearly differentiating it from legacy databases and lead-gen platforms in the clinical trials and Expanded Access Program (EAP) space.
- • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable value propositions tailored to physicians, trial sites, and BioPharma sponsors, removing friction in real-world clinical and research workflows.
- • Act as the primary voice of the market by synthesizing insights from global users—including trial sites, rare disease communities, and pharma teams—to feed actionable requirements into the Product team.
- • Develop and deploy product-native enablement assets such as narrative frameworks, workflow diagrams, and value maps to empower Commercial, Medical, and Growth teams with consistent, accurate messaging.

- • Drive product adoption by designing scalable messaging frameworks that reflect physician and trial site workflows, directly improving user engagement and referral-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, and Medical stakeholders to align on go-to-market strategies, ensuring product positioning reflects real-world clinical realities rather than internal assumptions.
- • Establish and maintain a fast-paced feedback loop between end-users and the product team, replacing speculation with data-driven insights from the field.
- • Craft jargon-free, 60-second pitch-ready narratives that enable Commercial and Medical teams to confidently communicate product value to diverse stakeholders worldwide.

- • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company’s market positioning by staying ahead of industry trends in drug development, patient access programs, and real-world data collection.
- • Embed product-led thinking into all customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints including sales materials, web content, webinars, and stakeholder presentations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep, proven experience within the BioPharma, Clinical Trials, or Expanded Access (EAP) ecosystem, with understanding of regulatory, operational, and protocol-driven constraints.

- • Comfortable navigating 0-to-1 environments and collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, and Medical stakeholders.
