  • • Partner with product managers to identify key value propositions and target markets for AI products, and develop data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer demand and product adoption
  • • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across the entire buyer journey — from awareness to conversion and retention — for enterprise SaaS AI products including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
  • • Lead end-to-end product launches from beta to general availability, ensuring alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing teams and achievement of defined adoption and revenue targets
  • • Create and manage sales enablement materials including battle cards, product demos, one-pagers, and training programs to empower global sales teams with consistent messaging and technical understanding of Cohere’s AI offerings
  • • Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars that communicate product capabilities and business outcomes to technical and executive audiences
  • • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all customer-facing content, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and market positioning
  • • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis on AI platform vendors to inform product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing messaging, and translate insights into actionable go-to-market recommendations
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, designers, and customer success to ensure marketing initiatives reflect product reality and customer needs
  • • Work with external partners and agencies to coordinate timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns while meeting business objectives and deadlines
  • • Own the narrative around Cohere’s differentiated technology advantages, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers
  • • Drive market awareness and thought leadership through strategic messaging that positions Cohere as a leader in enterprise AI infrastructure
  • • Monitor campaign performance metrics and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI, lead generation, and pipeline velocity
  • • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap, customer feedback, and market requirements
  • • Translate technical features of AI models into business outcomes that resonate with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering decision-makers in enterprise organizations
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, LLM advancements, and RAG implementation patterns to ensure marketing materials remain technically accurate and industry-relevant
  • • Advocate for customer voice within product development cycles by synthesizing market feedback and sharing insights with product and engineering leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software and SaaS
  • • Demonstrated experience with LLMs and RAG technologies
  • • High level of technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI systems
  • • Strong ability to operate in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving AI environment
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Strong sense of ownership and diplomatic interpersonal skills
