- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Truven by Merative, you will serve as the crucial link between product, sales, and marketing teams, translating complex healthcare data solutions into compelling value propositions for life sciences clients.
- • You will drive market share growth by positioning and differentiating data solutions, define buyer personas, improve product adoption through targeted lifecycle marketing, and enable sales success with effective collateral and messaging tailored to biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.
- • You will join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare through data, innovation, and real-world impact, working alongside experts committed to improving health outcomes nationwide using products like Health Insights, Springbuk, and MarketScan.
- • In this role, you will develop thought leadership on market trends, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and grow your career in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning while making a tangible impact on healthcare decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, specifically within healthcare data or technology for the life sciences market (biopharmaceutical, medical devices)
- • Proven track record of driving product growth, differentiation, and customer adoption through product and marketing strategy
- • Ability to analyze ambiguous market signals, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and qualitative data to inform strategy
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the talent to make complex concepts accessible
- • Deep understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel and experience partnering across product, sales, and marketing to drive revenue outcomes
