- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Freshpaint Inc., you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for key products and verticals, ensuring positioning resonates, launches drive pipeline, and Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped to win. You will translate complex, technical healthcare privacy solutions into clear, compelling narratives that drive revenue and adoption in a highly regulated industry.
- • Day to day, you will develop differentiated positioning and messaging, lead product launches from planning to execution, partner with Product to shape roadmap and launch strategy, enable Sales and CS with narratives and assets that improve win rates and deal velocity, gather and synthesize customer and competitive insights to refine GTM strategy, and track performance to continuously iterate based on results.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- • Proven track record of crafting positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates a product and resonates with target buyers
- • Experience leading product launches that drive measurable business impact, including pipeline and adoption
- • Demonstrated success building sales enablement that improves win rates, deal velocity, or ACV
- • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
