- • As a Product Marketing Manager (IC4) at Gorilla, you will be instrumental in executing our market insight and go-to-market strategies. This role demands a structured, execution-oriented individual capable of influencing stakeholders and building scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, thriving even in ambiguous environments. You will collaborate closely with our existing Product Marketing Manager to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution. Together, you will serve as the crucial link between market intelligence, product development, and commercial success, ensuring that customer needs and market opportunities are the driving force behind Gorilla's growth.
- • The core mission of this role is to lead comprehensive market research, rigorously validate product-market fit, and develop robust positioning and messaging frameworks that can scale effectively across enterprise and international markets. With a significant degree of autonomy, you will design innovative GTM approaches to reach new audiences, sharpen Gorilla's competitive edge, and directly influence product roadmap priorities and strategic direction by engaging with senior leadership.

- • *Problem-Solution Fit and Strategic Validation:**
- • Spearhead market research initiatives to accurately size market opportunities, deeply understand evolving customer needs, and meticulously map the competitive landscape.
- • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that will shape product direction, prioritize roadmap development, and define our GTM focus.
- • Define and validate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and detailed buyer personas through structured interviews, qualitative feedback, and robust data-driven analysis.
- • Rigorously test and validate value propositions by conducting customer discovery sessions, analyzing win-loss insights, and performing in-depth competitor analysis.
- • Ensure all market research is meticulously packaged into easily digestible and usable assets that foster strong cross-functional alignment and understanding.
- • *Market Activation and Go-to-Market Strategy:**
- • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored specifically for enterprise buyers and diverse international markets.
- • Partner proactively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to design and implement repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks for new product launches and market expansions.
- • Orchestrate and drive the execution of product launches across all relevant functions, including content creation, sales enablement, product readiness, and sales team preparedness.
- • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and comprehensive dashboards to meticulously track GTM performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous iteration.
