- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Redis, you will own the storytelling and go-to-market strategy for the company’s real-time data platform, which powers production AI applications, fraud detection, personalization, and latency-sensitive workloads used by 10,000+ global customers.
- • You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for new product launches and features, from initial narrative through sales enablement and demand generation execution.
- • You will create technical content across the funnel—including blogs, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, webinars, and launch assets—that resonates with developers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
- • You will collaborate with cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) to build joint messaging, co-marketing assets, and go-to-market plays that drive pipeline and strengthen ecosystem alignment.
- • You will conduct market and customer research to refine ideal customer profile (ICP) understanding and feed insights back into positioning and product roadmap discussions.
- • You will work in a fast-moving, innovative environment where ambiguity is common and bias toward action is valued, enabling you to shape how Redis is perceived in the competitive data infrastructure landscape.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with at least some experience marketing developer-facing or data infrastructure products.
- • Ability to go deep technically—understanding what matters to engineers and translating complex capabilities into messaging that earns their respect.
- • Strong content instincts: proven ability to write blog posts that senior engineers read and decks that VPs of Engineering believe.
- • Demonstrated experience taking products to market, including positioning, launch planning, and cross-functional coordination—not just observing but owning the process.
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action: ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
