  • • Own the end-to-end creation of all sales enablement collateral including one-pagers, battlecards, competitive comparison tables, objection-handling guides, ROI/TCO frameworks, and custom sales decks tailored to mid-market prospects and strategic accounts.
  • • Build the product marketing content library from scratch—there is no inherited material—designing assets that directly influence B2B buying decisions in the cybersecurity and compliance space.
  • • Partner directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify recurring objections and gaps in collateral, then rapidly develop targeted materials to close those gaps before deals stall.
  • • Create and manage a white paper and research content program: from ideation and outlining to conducting interviews with engineering and security experts, drafting, briefing designers, and distributing authoritative content on SOC 2, ISO 27001, compliance automation, and security program maturity.
  • • Develop point-of-view content that positions Oneleet as the category-defining platform in cybersecurity and compliance, translating deep technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with CTOs, CISOs, heads of engineering, and compliance leaders.
  • • Own the competitive intelligence program: continuously monitor the market landscape, update battlecards, synthesize win/loss patterns, and translate insights into actionable positioning guidance that arms sales teams to win against specific competitors without sounding defensive.
  • • Build and maintain detailed comparison frameworks—feature tables, methodology comparisons, pricing narratives—that withstand scrutiny in high-stakes sales conversations.
  • • Collaborate with Product to define launch messaging, positioning, and collateral for new features, ensuring product updates are framed around customer outcomes rather than technical features.
  • • Maintain a living messaging architecture encompassing buyer personas, value propositions, and use case narratives to ensure consistency across all customer-facing content.
  • • Conduct regular customer interviews and win/loss analyses to uncover buyer motivations, evaluation criteria, and decision triggers, then feed insights back into messaging, collateral, and the product roadmap.
  • • Develop a deep understanding of the mid-market buyer (100–2,000 employees), including their compliance pressures, internal stakeholders, procurement timelines, and trust-building triggers.
  • • Craft custom presentations and pitch materials for high-stakes deals, adapting content to reflect a prospect’s industry, pain points, and decision-making context.
  • • Produce both high-impact long-form content (white papers, research reports) and concise, punchy collateral (one-pagers, battlecards) with equal excellence within the same week.
  • • Act proactively—do not wait for requests—from monitoring competitor releases, reading customer reviews, attending deal reviews, and anticipating content needs before they’re asked for.
  • • Defend a clear, well-researched point of view on Oneleet’s market positioning with conviction, even in the face of skepticism.
  • • Ensure all content is strategically aligned, technically credible, and practically useful—Sales teams must actively fight over and use your materials to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • • Proven ability to build high-impact sales collateral: battlecards, competitive comparison tables, custom sales decks, objection-handling frameworks, ROI/TCO models
  • • Exceptional writing ability with demonstrated skill in producing both technically credible long-form content and punchy, high-converting short-form materials
  • • Strong research instincts: experience interviewing customers, synthesizing competitive data, and turning raw insights into strategic narratives
  • • Direct experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver custom materials on tight timelines
  • • Comfort owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight: setting briefs, driving processes, and delivering outputs independently
