• • As a Product Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager at Skelar AS, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, conversion, and market expansion for one of the ventures within the Skelar ecosystem, directly contributing to the growth of tech businesses competing on global markets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for entering English-speaking European markets, building and optimizing full-funnel user journeys for new traffic channels, identifying and scaling target user segments through personalized experiences, and improving the internal funnel-builder to accelerate funnel deployment.
• • You will join a dynamic, ambitious team within Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder with over 1000+ professionals, backing multiple top-ranked tech startups across EdTech, marketplaces, and more, featured in TechCrunch and Wired, and supported by a strong internal infrastructure of shared services and founder communities.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data-driven growth experimentation, master advanced funnel optimization and A/B testing frameworks, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with user acquisition and creative teams, and develop strategic market analysis skills — all while contributing to meaningful business outcomes in high-potential international markets.
