- • As a Product Marketing Manager/Growth Marketing Manager at Skelar AS, you will drive go-to-market strategy and user acquisition for new markets, focusing on English-speaking Europe, by designing and implementing full-funnel flows that improve conversion and scale target user segments through personalized journeys.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute growth hypotheses using data-driven approaches, conduct A/B tests with tools like GrowthBook, Amplitude, and Tableau, analyze results, optimize funnels, and collaborate with UA managers and creative marketing teams across channels such as Meta and Google Ads.
- • You will join Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder with over 1000+ professionals, building international tech businesses across EdTech, marketplaces, and more, backed by global media recognition and a mission to build 'the next big everything' while supporting Ukraine’s recovery.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in growth experimentation, market analysis, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end product marketing cycles, gaining hands-on experience in scaling ventures and influencing high-impact business outcomes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Growth Manager, or Growth Marketing Manager
- • Expertise in funnels and CRO, including designing and executing complex A/B tests
- • Practical experience analyzing A/B tests using GrowthBook, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools, and troubleshooting event tracking and metric evaluation
- • Proven success in full-cycle hypothesis work, from generation to statistically significant results, with strong prioritization and post-analysis skills
- • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative market assessments, including trend and competitor analysis
- • Hands-on experience with web funnels and cross-functional collaboration with UA managers and creative marketers across channels like Meta and Google Ads
- • English proficiency at B1+ level
