- • As the Product Marketing Manager – Partnerships at Asana, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Asana’s most strategic technology integrations and ecosystem partnerships, including AI-powered integrations, shaping how these partnerships are brought to market through messaging, positioning, launches, sales enablement, and ongoing go-to-market strategy.
- • You will lead integrated go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact, while enabling Sales and Customer Success with compelling narratives, pitch decks, and training that support co-sell motions and strategic deals.
- • You will partner deeply with Product to align roadmap, customer insights, and market opportunities, ensuring strong product-market fit and launch readiness, and leverage market, customer, and performance insights to refine positioning, optimize launches, and identify new ecosystem growth opportunities.
- • This role is based in Asana’s San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; optional remote on Wednesdays; Friday flexibility based on work type and team needs), offering the chance to contribute to a mission-driven company recognized for workplace culture and innovation, where you’ll help build technology that drives positive change and fosters belonging.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, partnership marketing, or a related GTM role within a B2B tech environment
- • Proven experience owning full-stack PMM responsibilities: messaging & positioning, launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement
- • Experience marketing technology integrations, platform ecosystems, or AI-powered products
- • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering closely with Product teams
- • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences, from executives to field teams
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple launches concurrently
- • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform strategy
- • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
- • Ability to travel as needed for events and partner engagements

- • Estimated base salary range of $182,000 - $207,000, with additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay possible
