📋 Description

• As the Product Marketing Manager for Patient Experience at Nextech AR Solutions Corp., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for the Nextech Patient Experience platform—a critical suite of products designed to power and enhance the patient journey for healthcare practices. Your work will directly impact how healthcare providers engage with patients through technology, improving satisfaction, efficiency, and outcomes across the care continuum. You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with healthcare administrators, clinicians, and practice managers, ensuring the platform stands out in a competitive market.
• Day to day, you will craft specialized messaging and positioning for the Nextech Patient Experience platform in close collaboration with segment-focused Product Marketing Managers, ensuring alignment across target audiences and use cases. You will partner with the broader marketing team to conceive and develop innovative, data-driven marketing programs that generate demand, including campaign planning, content creation, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. You will conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning, develop buyer personas and customer journey maps, and create high-impact assets such as product sheets, case studies, webinars, and demo scripts. Additionally, you will work closely with product management to deeply understand product roadmaps and technical features, translating them into benefit-driven narratives that support both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare technology marketing, particularly within the patient experience domain, gaining valuable experience in B2B SaaS positioning, healthcare regulatory considerations (including HIPAA and ERISA compliance in messaging), and cross-functional leadership. You will have the opportunity to influence product strategy through customer and market insights, build a portfolio of impactful marketing campaigns, and advance your career as a strategic marketing leader in a growing, purpose-driven organization focused on improving healthcare delivery through technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or health IT environments
• Proven ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging and positioning
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement content
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, patient engagement workflows, and healthcare IT ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
