- • Own and evolve messaging, positioning, and value propositions for the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) products to align with internal training, external collateral, and product launches.
- • Audit existing RBP messaging across all channels to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure RBP messaging remains synchronized with product evolution and market needs during launches.
- • Analyze property manager and resident adoption and engagement data to inform Product and UX optimization decisions.
- • Partner with the Partnerships team to ensure consistent, cohesive RBP messaging across all third-party product partners.
- • Develop and maintain partner-facing materials, including one-pagers, decks, and value story guides that reinforce RBP positioning.
- • Work with Enablement to deliver messaging rollouts through sales decks, battlecards, training materials, and product documentation.
- • Serve as the primary Product Marketing Manager (PMM) owner for RBP product launches, driving the full go-to-market bill of materials from kickoff to enablement delivery.
- • Own launch-critical assets including the overview deck, positioning document, messaging document, one-pager, and battlecard; coordinate with Content, Creative, and Enablement teams on asset production.
- • Represent PMM in cross-functional launch meetings alongside Product, Enablement, Support, Legal, and RevOps to keep GTM workstreams on schedule and unblocked.
- • Track launch progress, proactively flag risks, and escalate blockers to executive sponsors.
- • Conduct post-launch reviews to measure messaging effectiveness, sales adoption, and customer response, and feed insights into future launches.
- • Lead ongoing competitive intelligence efforts, tracking competitor moves, market trends, and customer pain points.
- • Build and maintain competitive assets such as battlecards, win/loss analyses, and positioning guides to equip Sales and Customer Success teams.
- • Conduct interviews with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders to surface messaging gaps and strategic opportunities.
- • Translate competitive and customer insights into actionable recommendations and present findings to cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
- • Support end-to-end product and initiative launches, ensuring Sales, Success, and Marketing teams are equipped with current, consistent messaging at every stage.
- • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas, ensuring they are actively used in campaign targeting, sales training, and product feedback loops.
- • Keep ICP and persona documentation current and relevant as RBP products scale.
- • Drive measurable business outcomes including increasing top-of-funnel leads, MQLs, and SALs; improving RBP win rates in RBP-only and bundled deals; and increasing RBP activation rates.
- • Monitor and optimize GTM effectiveness using qualitative feedback and quantitative performance metrics.
- • Leverage AI tools across the PMM workflow—including customer insight synthesis, competitive research, messaging iteration, enablement content creation, and analysis—to scale output.
- • Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, or custom skills that enhance team-wide productivity, not just personal efficiency.
- • Critically edit and pressure-test AI-generated output, treating first drafts as starting points and knowing when to discard them.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product marketing experience with B2B required; B2B2C preferred.
- • Proven experience refining and scaling product messaging across teams and channels.
- • Experience creating marketing collateral such as web pages, explainer videos, sales decks, and email campaigns.
- • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible terms for non-technical audiences.
- • Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of turning ambiguity into clear action and results.
- • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
