- • Lead the development and refinement of global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Airwallex’s Spend suite, collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure market-aligned messaging.
- • Create high-impact sales enablement assets—including battle cards, presentations, and product demos—that equip upmarket sales teams to accelerate deal cycles and win key enterprise accounts.
- • Plan and execute end-to-end global go-to-market launches for the Spend product line, coordinating cross-functionally across regions to ensure consistent execution and measurable adoption.
- • Leverage qualitative and quantitative market insights from customers, competitors, and product usage data to influence and enhance the product roadmap and prioritize feature development.
- • Partner with marketing teams to design and implement data-driven campaigns that increase customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention for the Spend offering.
- • Serve as the primary bridge between commercial, product, and marketing teams to align on customer needs, competitive differentiators, and strategic priorities for Spend.
- • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and articulate Airwallex’s unique edge in the B2B financial technology space.
- • Translate complex financial technology capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders.
- • Drive consistency in global messaging while adapting key assets for regional markets, ensuring alignment with local business dynamics and regulatory contexts.
- • Utilize AI and data tools to improve campaign performance, personalize messaging, and optimize sales enablement content for scalability and impact.
- • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce polished, brand-aligned marketing collateral including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing pages.
- • Monitor and report on GTM campaign success metrics, using insights to iterate on messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies for continuous improvement.
- • Advocate for the customer voice within product development cycles by translating feedback and behavioral data into actionable product insights.
- • Support global sales teams with on-demand training, objection handling guidance, and competitive rebuttals to strengthen win rates and shorten sales cycles.
- • Maintain deep product knowledge of Airwallex’s Spend solutions and stay current on trends in fintech, corporate spend management, and global payments.
- • Work autonomously to identify and prioritize high-leverage initiatives that drive measurable revenue impact and market share growth for the Spend product line.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product marketing at a fast-growing tech company
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- • Strong written and spoken communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- • Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities independently
- • Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive deep into assigned problems
- • Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, design, data analytics)
