- • As a Product Marketing Manager for the Velocity (Mid-market & SMB) segment at Stripe, you will be a key player in shaping how the company wins this massive and fast-growing customer segment, focusing on scalable demand generation, industry marketing, and partner motions to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- • You will be the expert on Velocity segment users, identifying new growth opportunities using customer insights, sales data, and market trends, then translating them into actionable, repeatable go-to-market strategies and product roadmap recommendations.
- • You will partner with regional demand gen, field, and partner marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize scaled marketing engines targeting tech-forward ideal customer profiles in key industry verticals, building compelling content and programs that attract and convert Velocity users.
- • You will use data from Sales and SD teams to improve the sold funnel, create value-based customer-facing messaging, assets, and sales plays that differentiate Stripe, and enable sales teams to win more effectively.
- • You will develop and own program roadmaps and KPIs to ensure accountability, measure impact, and align cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.
- • Sitting within Stripe’s Product Marketing organization, you will join the Audience Product Marketing team, which champions key customer segments and industries by deeply understanding users, markets, and product value propositions to drive global user base expansion and revenue targets.
- • You will have the opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach by contributing to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet, working on impactful projects that scale financial infrastructure for millions of businesses worldwide.
- • You will grow your expertise in B2B tech product marketing, cross-functional leadership, data-driven GTM strategy, and scaling programs across geographies, while influencing senior leadership and shaping Stripe’s market position in the mid-market and SMB space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 11+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech
- • Deep understanding of the demand generation function, from top-of-funnel campaigns to field events and partner-led programs, with a results-orientation
- • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of distilling complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive and external audiences
- • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence across all levels and functions, from senior leadership to project teams
- • Proven ability to partner with Sales to build a high-velocity sales motion
- • High comfort toggling between strategy and execution—big picture to fine detail
