đź“‹ Description

  • • Serve as a key operating partner to product leadership within the Builders org, balancing execution and strategic planning on a quarterly basis.
  • • Identify and redesign scaling product development processes to improve team velocity, ensuring systems remain efficient as the organization grows.
  • • Facilitate direct connections between product managers, engineers, and customers to close the loop between field feedback and roadmap decisions.
  • • Design and implement systems that increase organizational transparency around product knowledge, priorities, and roadmap visibility across functions.
  • • Redesign the product talent lifecycle, including interview processes, onboarding, and ramp-up programs to accelerate new hires’ ability to deliver user value.
  • • Tackle complex strategic questions for product leadership by driving analysis, forming clear recommendations, and executing end-to-end solutions.
  • • Translate shifts in competitive dynamics, regulatory environments, and market trends into actionable product and go-to-market implications.
  • • Develop and advocate for new strategic bets and adjacent market opportunities aligned with Abridge’s mission and AI capabilities.
  • • Shape and measure a program that drives real adoption of AI tools across engineering and product teams, treating each new tool as a velocity multiplier.
  • • Host clinician and builder hackathons to deepen engagement with the broader clinician and engineering communities.
  • • Build a real-time shared context layer for the product organization that surfaces customer signals and field insights to inform AI tooling and decision-making.
  • • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Partner Experience, Commercial, and Finance to align operations and strategy across the company.
  • • Maintain a minimum of three days per week in the San Francisco office, with hybrid work expected as a core requirement of the role.
  • • Operate with high ownership, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity, prioritizing shipping imperfect solutions over over-planning.
  • • Influence without authority by building trust with engineers, PMs, GTM leaders, and executives through clarity, reliability, and usefulness.
  • • Apply first-principles thinking to design custom operating systems rather than copying playbooks from other organizations.
  • • Use AI tools daily in both professional and personal contexts, actively experimenting with new tools and building automated workflows or scripts.
  • • Present data-backed points of view with equal comfort in spreadsheets and stakeholder meetings, demonstrating strong numeracy and analytical rigor.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, investing, or similar roles (startup experience preferred)
  • • Incredibly AI-pilled: daily use of AI tools at work and personally, with a habit of testing new tools and building automated systems
  • • Bias to action with high ownership mentality—prefer shipping imperfect solutions over over-planning
  • • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and commercial teams
  • • First-principles thinker who designs context-specific operating systems, not copied playbooks
  • • Numerate: comfortable analyzing data in spreadsheets and presenting insights to stakeholders

  • • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families
  • • Monthly HSA contributions for those enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan
