  • • Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, starting with scoped launches such as landing pages and compliance-driven features, and expanding into larger growth initiatives as impact is demonstrated
  • • Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, identify friction points, and build a ground-level understanding of how key funnels perform across the user experience
  • • Monitor and synthesize user feedback from App Store reviews, customer support channels, and research insights to surface actionable product improvements
  • • Drive bug triage and resolution in close partnership with Engineering teams, prioritizing and closing quality issues efficiently to maintain product integrity
  • • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust while maintaining alignment with growth goals
  • • Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design by formulating hypotheses, defining success metrics, and interpreting results to guide product decisions
  • • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and testable hypotheses that align with business objectives
  • • Maintain daily 3–4 hour overlap with Jerry’s China-based engineering team to ensure tight coordination, timely delivery, and effective communication across time zones
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Marketing, and senior leadership—including the VP of Growth and CEO—to align product initiatives with company-wide growth strategy
  • • Develop deep contextual knowledge of the product’s full user flow, from discovery to purchase, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize conversion funnels
  • • Build and apply product instincts by articulating why specific flows succeed or fail, using both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to guide iteration
  • • Work in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where ambiguity is common, requiring rapid decision-making without sacrificing rigor or user-centricity
  • • Take ownership of initiatives that directly impact millions of users’ ability to discover, evaluate, and purchase auto insurance through Jerry’s AI-powered platform
  • • Leverage structured problem-solving skills honed in consulting, product management, or operations to drive tangible outcomes in a startup environment with significant traction and scale

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
  • • Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
  • • Strong ability to break down complex problems clearly and communicate with precision
  • • Comfort with quantitative analysis and data-driven hypothesis testing
  • • Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models, not just metrics
  • • Experience moving from frameworks and recommendations to owning and shipping product outcomes
