📋 Description

• As a Product Operations Specialist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user journey for millions of customers navigating car insurance discovery, evaluation, and purchase through Jerry.ai’s AI-powered super app.
• Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, own user feedback synthesis from reviews and support, drive bug triage with engineering teams, and lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• You will join the Growth team at Jerry.ai, a profitable pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding, serving over 5 million users with a 4.7-star rating, and collaborating closely with Engineering (including China-based teams), Design, Analytics, and Marketing, with direct visibility to senior leadership including the CEO.
• In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, strengthen your analytical and UX instincts, contribute to A/B testing and experiment design, translate customer problems into actionable roadmaps, and accelerate your career growth in a talent-dense environment while impacting the experience of millions of car owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
• Exceptionally structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
• Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models
• Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
• Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus but not required
