📋 Description

• As a Product Owner at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will translate business needs into high-quality digital solutions that support global healthcare innovation in regulated technology environments.
• You will refine features into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and collaborate with Product Management to align work with business priorities.
• You will partner with cross-functional engineering and architecture teams to validate requirements, support sprint planning and Program Increment activities, and participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos.
• You will ensure requirements are traceable in ALM tools, support defect resolution, and maintain release readiness while contributing to meaningful advancements in clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making.
• This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in Agile product ownership within a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) with strong backlog management and prioritization skills
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical requirements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Familiarity with ALM tools and DevOps/CI/CD practices
