Product Owner

📋 Description

• • As a Product Owner at Vision Service Plan, you will lead system development efforts by providing vision to the team, outlining work in the product backlog, and coordinating with business owners to prioritize based on business value, ensuring the product meets stakeholder needs.
• • Day to day, you will gather, validate, translate, and prioritize business and technical needs into a logically sequenced product and feature roadmap, create detailed product requirements, serve as the subject matter expert for system features, and act as a liaison to the Project Manager and business for user stories and enhancements.
• • You will work within VSP Vision’s product team in a remote US environment, collaborating with design, usability, development, and business teams to drive product success and represent the scrum team to stakeholders.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership skills by building effective product teams, inspiring shared vision, resolving complex problems without precedent, and improving scrum processes through active participation in ceremonies and retrospectives.
